Registration
Are group rates available?

Yes, and we would love to host your group! Groups of 15 or more will receive $20.00 off adult rate tickets. To register your group or for more information, click here.

How do I register my group?

Here’s how you can get started:

VISITdesignedforlife.org and choose “Register” and simply follow the steps below!

CREATE – name your group. Create passcodes to join and manage your group.

PURCHASE – choose the number of tickets you want. Groups of 15+ get $20 off each ticket!

What is the refund policy?

Refund/Transfer/Cancellation Policy
The refund request deadline is April 30, 2024 – after that date, if due to an emergency situation, you are unable to attend in person:

  • You can request to transfer your paid registration to a DFL 2024 Online Experience ticket type – available for viewing through November 2024. To request a transfer, please email [email protected]. The transfer deadline is September 1st, 2024. For the DFL Online Experience, all conference packs will be mailed to the assigned name on the registration entered on or before September 9th, 2024. See your registration confirmation email to transfer your ticket and update the delegate information in your Brushfire account.
  • You can re-sell your paid registration at your own discretion.
  • You can donate your registration to a girl who is a part of Sisterhood Outreach. To do so, feel free to contact the registration office at (417) 581-5433 and we can assist with your donation. at and we can assist your donation.

The Designed for Life Conference will not be liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers, resales, cancellations, and/or refunds. We are sorry, but exemptions cannot be made to the refund policy.

How do I access the conference?

Your ticket into the conference will be a personalized name badge and lanyard, which must be worn at all times in order to access the conference venue. You will receive your name badge in the mail before the conference and lanyards will be distributed on-site when you arrive.

How do I access the online experience?

Once you have completed your registration, you will be emailed an Online Pass the week of the conference, which is your ticket to view DFL Online. An Online Pass is a personalized, exclusive link for you to view the conference online from your home!

What are some things I can do to connect with the Sisterhood while I’m watching?

We would love to connect you with some of the girls in the Sisterhood! Connection during the conference will be available during breakout sessions, in the live chats, and by connecting with us via social media on Facebook and Instagram.

What if I don’t have internet access or need help with the technology involved?

If you do not have access to the internet, we would recommend that you share the conference with a friend who has internet access!

Can I gather a group of girls at my house to watch the conference with me?

Yes, in fact, we offer an Online Group rate available to groups of 15 or more that will watch together online. Girls in the Online Group, receive $20 off the Online Rate and will receive all gifts shipped together in bulk. We highly encourage girls to gather in homes or churches to have a watch party! We ask that every girl be registered to be a part of the watch party.

Before the Conference
Can my daughter come with me?

We highly recommend that you bring your daughter with you to the conference! Our recommended age for girls sharing the conference experience with their moms or grandmas is 12 years and older. Student registrations are available. Please call 417.581.5433 to talk to a Designed for Life team member. Please note, for safety reasons, minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the conference.

Can I bring my baby with me?

Your baby is welcome at DFL! The DFL Mommy Lounge will be open throughout the conference where you and your baby (newborn-one year) can sit back, relax, and share the conference sessions on screen with other mommies!

Are there any nearby airports to fly into?

There are two airports in the Springfield, MO area that you can use to fly into. The Springfield-Branson Airport (SGF), which is the closest to the conference, and the Branson Airport (BKG). There are also several nearby hotel options to choose from.

Saturday

What if I'm coming alone?

No worries, we can’t wait to meet you! Feel free to email [email protected] or call us in advance at 417-581-5433. Or, visit the CONNECT CENTER when you arrive on-site. There are a host of girls who would love to hang out with you during the conference!

Is seating assigned?
We offer open seating throughout the conference. With that in mind, we recommend you arrive early to secure your seat. If you are a church group leader, we would love to connect with you. Please contact Megan at [email protected].
Where can I park at the conference?

Conference 1- Great Southern Bank Arena
There are multiple parking options available near Great Southern Bank Arena. DFL host will be available at each lot to assist you!

Conference 2- James River Church South Campus
Parking is located on-site at James River Church.

Are translation and interpretation services available?

Translation services will be available by advance request for the in-person Conference 1 only. Contact the DFL Registration Office by calling 417-581-5433 or by emailing [email protected] before August 15, 2024, to set up translation services.

Are there any places to eat near James River Church?

There will be a variety of food options available, on-site for purchases, as well as restaurants in the area.

What if I need special assistance?

Our team is available to help any girl who is mobility impaired, hearing impaired or who needs special assistance. Please contact the DFL Registration Office by calling 417-581-5433 or by emailing [email protected]. Feel free to visit the INFORMATION CENTER when you arrive on-site.
